Cancellation and Substitutions Policy

No refunds are granted for cancellation of convention registrations after April 30th, 2012.  Cancellations after registration incurs a penalty of US$100 in addition to any applicable bank charges.  Substitutions or name changes after April 30th will incur a service charge of US$100 and US$150 after May 30th.
