The duration of your stay MUST be paid in FULL.
45 days before the convention date the hotel will release all unsold rooms, however the hotel will accept reservations on a space availability basis, the group rate will no longer be in effect after this period. Room reservation cancelled 30 days prior to arrival your full payment will be forfeited.
(Please note, participants requesting double occupancy MUST identify their sharing partner when registering. Failure to identify a partner when registering, the single rate will be applied). Participants desirous of staying on after the convention or planning arriving before the convention dates please note the group rate applies 3 days before and 3 days after the convention.

In order to qualify for the Early bird rate, full payment of the Registration Fee must reach the Head office on or before February 28th 2014.
