HOTEL VENUE

The RIU Panama Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of the financial district in Panama City in close proximity to restaurants and shopping and is capable of housing all participants. The following accommodation rates have been negotiated.

Single: US$199.00 per night.
Double: US$278.00 per night [US$139.00 per person]
Additional Person in a double room – US$86.00 per night.
Children 1 – 11 Years US$45.00 per night.

The Room rate includes the following:

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Initial complimentary Mini-bar. [Extra charge for refills]
• Taxes and gratuities
• Use of the Pool and Fitness Centre
• 1 welcome drink for each guest
• Wireless Internet Access

ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS

Participants can have the option of purchasing a supplementary daily beverage package at a cost of US$50.00 per person. This includes the consumption of premium alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
