When the history of the Nevis Co-operative Credit Union Ltd., is written, the name of Eileen Muriel Blackett, M.B.E., and the footprints left by her, will be forever etched on the pages.

Mrs. Blackett joined the Charlestown (now Nevis) Co-operative credit Union in 1968 and served as Treasurer from 1975 to 1983, and Manager from 1977 until her retirement in 1991.
