It is with deep regret that we advise of the untimely death of Mr. Cecil Sylvester of Trinidad and Tobago.

Mr. Sylvester was a well known Facilitator of Financial Management and Planning workshops at the Confederation’s Annual International Convention over the years. He also provided training and technical assistance to many credit unions in Trinidad and Tobago and throughout the region.

Mr. Sylvester who was the Founder and President of Trinity Consulting Group which specialized in financial markets and institutions, also headed the Bank and Finance Department at RBTT ROYTEC, where he lectured in the areas of Financial Accounting, Financial Management and Banking Operations.
