The Barbados Public Workers’ Co-operative Credit Union Ltd is the nation’s largest indigenous financial services corporation.

The fifty-fourth Annual International Convention and fortieth Annual General Meeting of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) was held at the Renaissance Hotel, Willemstad, Curacao, from 25 – 28 June. The President of the Confederation Mrs. Yvonne Ridguard Harris, presided.

The CCCU wishes to contract the services of a Convention and Special Events Co-ordinator as an Independent Contractor and hereby invites applications from nationals of CCCU Member Countries. The Co-ordinator must be capable of functioning effectively and efficiently without direct supervision.

MADISON, Wis.— Pete Crear, president and CEO of World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) announced on Wednesday April 27, that he will retire following WOCCU’s World Credit Union Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, in July.
